Went over my cal intake with my Red Lobster lunch but at least I wasn't able to eat it all, had to make most of it home and have it for dinner. But ended spent that rest of the day in bed cuz of the knee pain. My doctor wrote up a PT referral for it. Which means like it or not I need to exercise. Well back to bed now, tomorrow is back to work.
