this is with a new scale I started using a couple weeks ago so any loss from starting 154 is questionable. When I started using the new scale it was 151-152. I think I have actually lost a couple pounds, and gained as well, during that time cause I can feel when I add a pound. Let's start from here (morning weight)of 149.5
149.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
