Another good start too the day. problem always happens in the evening with big hunger. Any LCHF advice?
209.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It took me about 2 weeks to get used to this woe. I dealt with hunger in the evenings and had to figure out some 0 carb foods that I could eat just a little bit of and had to change my mindset as well. You definitely need to plan ahead and have an allowance for calories for the evening cravings/hunger.

The good news is though after you become fat adapted you won’t be hungry at all anymore.
