New diet officially started for me and my boyfriend, we just spent $270 on groceries to pretty much last 30 days,....A lot of healthy lower fat and lower cholesterol food.
Today I chimed in at a legit 1110 calories!! I am still using fatsecret along with MyNetDiary with the new program, my boyfriend is using a collection of low cholesterol Diet along with the traditional food pyramid.
I think it should work good for both of us!!☺☺☺☺☺😺, buddy is at healthy 17.2 pounds and can still make to the top of his perch with ease!!😼

Good luck with this! I am doing a very similar plan except for the cholesterol part. They now say foods don't cause high cholesterol -- it is hereditary. Who knows?

Thanks Mom2Boxers, !!You are actually correct in some cases!!! Blood Pressure and high Cholesterol have 2 causes inherited & diet, When I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, 110 over 200, I was in my super skinny days of 135-138 ( I have a large frame, so that is very skinny for me).
