Was going to tell. I have used hypnosis in the night now for almost 4 weeks. It must do the psychological way, to do so you do not go and eat little and become more healthy, but you really think about it. I can tell you that I think it's working. I'm full for longer, I think carefully about what I eat (a lot more now than before) I always try to take what is healthier (do not always succeed, but more) then you should not go and snacking. And that is my enemy. I used to always go and have snacks and find new food in the pantry, etc. But I just do it anymore. It frequently starts snacking when I go and wait for your food but they do not always either. But hypnosis has helped me. To stop snacking, thought I would be the hardest thing that was about. But it's been so good and I do not even think about food the same way as before. before they were in possession. Now it will be more, hmm, what shall we eat today? Instead of panicking that I did not know! I really love the app with hypnosis and I drive it every night. X number of years with hetätning and småätning, hypnosis will probably have to go quite a while. It can not get one to drop the old beetendet just WHAM!
