tried butter in my coffee this morning, i like it, threw away my artificial sweeteners, the butter seems to kill the bitterness enough i don't need anything but a little 1/2&1/2. bought a bathroom scale last night only to discover my weight was not as low as i thought . but it is a different scale from the one i was using so we'll go from here.
