Ran another 30 mins last night using a Black Diamond Icon headlamp I bought, pretty neat, I'm a sucker for gadgets. Sustaining my ketosis and am now supplementing with L-Glutamine, Taurine, Kre-Alkalyn, 2mg Nicotine Lozenges and Caffeine capped at 500mgs a day. Amount of caffeine should be considered based on your weight and specific sensitivities though and avoided 6 hours before sleep as to not trigger insomnia.
301.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 156.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
