Looks like I've cut through the water weight and the drops in weight are less dramatic. Continuing to maintain a ketogenic 1200 calorie limit, eating once a day in the morning. Still running 30 mins daily, had my rest day yesterday and got my pace 2 mins quicker than my last run.
301.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 156.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop -steady and consistent! Great job also shaving 2 minutes on your pace. I plan to “start” running this week 😂 pretty sure there is going to be a lot, lot of waking.

Running's not so hard to get into! Try to run as long as you can at a jogging pace until you feel you can't go any further then take a minute break. Keep jogging again till you feel you need a minute break. Rinse and repeat!

I forgot, remember to stretch because I didn't and my legs felt like spaghetti first couple of days lol.
