I have changed my diet habits and have been working out 3-4 times a week. I jump on the scale once a week and nothing changes. I took my measurements in the beginning and not one single change. Very frustrating!

Have you tried keeping track of what you eat in the diet calendar? Sometimes it can be easy to forget something that was low in points and then over do it later in the day - the diet calendar here really helps you keep yourself accountable. Just keep eating right and working out and you will see results! Push through this ~ you can do it!!!

For me, I found that the less I paid attention and didn't think about my weight loss, the more successful I was. Don't worry, your body will respond eventually, I'm sure! Weight Watchers is just so awesome!! Don't give up. Just know you're one of many people going through the exact same thing!
