I really need a health coach. I’m completely loss sometimes with this weight loss. I did okay today but didn’t eat enough calories.

I was diagnosed with high blood sugar 40 years ago. I ate a steady diet of slim Jims and snickers. what a wake up call! the internet and your library have a ton of resources. think about the Mediterranean diet as a starting point. plant based with an emphasis on healthy fats. I try to focus on health, not so much weight, tho I need to lose some weight to be healthier! Set small achievable goals. I know how much I need to lose but I'm aiming for 10 lbs for now. and making small changes. once the damn shingles heal, it's strength training. try the fit30 app if you have a smart phone. baby steps.
