Well, the fatty food seems to help with the effects of the wheat! Not quite up to par, but feeling much better. Gonna have to go grocery shopping in the morning, BEFORE the crowds gets out. Main stops: Kroger for heavy cream, broccoli, meat and cheeses and Ollies for a new coffee maker. Got some great coupons for Kroger deals, and 15% off entire purchase at Ollies. Really shopping, but maybe this will make it worth my while. Can you believe, FREE peanut butter! It's a good go to when you don't feel like cooking or eating. A few too may carbs for everyday, but in a pinch, it does the trick.
