I wasn't good on Valentine's Day. I ate the chocolate ALL the chocolate lol. I also have been working out pretty hard and lifting weights at least every other day. 1st time I have hit this weight in over 2 years!! Very exciting.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
