I have problems with my l4 & the pain has been so bad I haven't been able to exercise & detestably I ate unhealthy for the last 2 months. Ive decided that weight loss will be the prominent way to make this pain go away. So I begin again.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
