I was down to my target weight back in September but put 20 pounds back on thanks to stress (divorce from a severely unfaithful and clinically insane spouse) and sports injuries (elbow, shoulder, hamstring). Now, the divorce is behind me, I have custody of our son so he is safe, and my injuries are pretty much healed up. I am looking forward to burning off that weight in time for summer!
