Ate chocolate on my free day and even had dessert, pear almond souffle two days in a row! Not suggested for every weekend. Also I bought Body for Life book and Oxygen magazine so my workouts are goig to be revamped and planned out from now on. I need my planning.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
