rice & stir-fry & potstickers for Sunday dinner; scrambled eggs & potatoes & veggie chorizo & high fiber English muffin & OJ for late breakfast
230.4 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
