Getting pretty frustrated but must not quit. Weight keeps going up although I am being very honest with the food logging and exercise. I will add more water today, but today may just be a lost cause - Memorial Day. My fasting blood sugar has been high 2 days in a row. I need to pay more attention to my food and move more. Think I got the moving down for today!
