I have been following the Atkins diet on and off since October 2009. I have lost about 40lbs total in the last year, 20 of that since October. I am back on track and determined! My only drawback this time is I am recovering from a broken leg... exercise is limited to limping around and pool therapy 3 days per week....

I feel you on being limited with the exercise. Had ACL replacement surgery not too long ago and am still limited in what I can and can't do. That sucks, but I am figuring out that I just have to make myself do what I can and not be discouraged by what I can't.

Im sorry for not responding... I just noticed your comment :( your right about it sucking - now that the pain in the leg is gone, its just a big pain in the butt! Dont give up!!!!!
