I'm not getting enough veggies in so my goal today is to get most of my carbs from veggies. Housecleaning is on my agenda today. Other than that not much. Today feels like a lazy day; although, I always feel that way when it is raining outside.

Today is a beautiful day here but I am sneezing from my allergies. The birds at our birdfeeders are fun to watch though and the cats love them, too. I often have trouble getting all my veggies in. Tonight I couldn't eat my salad at dinner because I was full so I will wait a couple of hours and eat it for a snack.
