I feel as if I'm not saying everything I should,and when
i first started fatsecret, I said I was gonna be completely honest. I hate talking about my past. Growing up I have always been over weight. I was picked on through out my middle school years. It was the sumer of 8th grade when I decided enough was enough. I weighed 230. I wore a size 22-24. I went on the atkins diet that summer. Strictly no carbs at all.. through the induction phase I pushed myself to stick with it. I was 13 years old at the time, I know that was young. Nobody forced me, but me. I had to. I was tired of being iver weight 6 months later, I lost 60 pounds. I came back to high school 60 pounds lighterl, some people didnt even recognize me. I got a couple of friends of mine to start a low carb diet.. Over the years I've managed to stay around my weight. I never went above. it. I told myself I never want to go back to the way i used to be. I graduated high school still around 170 ish. I'm 24 now. I've decided I want to be more healthier. My short term goal weight is 145. Long term 132. I'm 5'5. All you guys who are doing a diet, I just want you guys to stay motivated, it takes time, but if stick to your diet. You will see results. It's harder done than said. But I've done it, and I'm gonna do it again. Please remember, "Withought struggle, their is no progress." Good Luck to everyone!!!!:)
