Pleased with myself again for doing my daily exercises as was really not feeling up to it and having a really down day! Also have and expect to keep under my calorie allowence. :-)

That's brilliant. The best workouts are the ones you do when you don't feel like it. Because whatever you do is better than what you would have done if you hadn't gone at all (if you follow that!)
