so I am at the end of the 131diet.com
it was super hard but I am happy with my results. I slipped up more than acceptable. I have learned so much from it. February 18th, I will start " the whole30". Im scared. there are no slip ups for 30 days. they are so serious, shits about to get real! 😰
96.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
