I would like to thank whoever posted the Parmesan Crusted fried chicken on here...Wish I could find the post!
Tonight I made fried chicken by dipping it in an egg wash and then coating it in 1/2 almond flour, 1/2 fine grated Parmesan cheese with salt, pepper and garlic. Pan fried until golden brown...BAM!
