So far so good. Comin up to the end of Week 2 on P90X, and have lost 5pds. I seem to always miss one day of training as things are tending to pile up that I need to do and I can't get them done on night's that I work out!!! Which happens to be EVERY night.... sigh... but I'm glad of the results so far, here's hoping momentum will carry me through to the end!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Nice job on losing the 5lbs. Yep, sometimes things get the way of training but hang in there & stay focus.

Good job....remember just get through each day and they will add up before you know it!! Remember also that you will be gaining some muscle as well...so bodyfat % will be a better indicator of progress that weight alone! Keep it going,,,,I have to get my but in gear too!!
