Went to Red Lobster still ate healthy, proud of myself. Had shrimp skewers and steamed brocoli and rice pilaf, but instead of having the rice I ordered cooked asparagus. Kept it low carb. Dinner a spinach salad and boiled egg. Came home from all my shopping. and still got in a 45 minute workout on the bike. Need to weigh myself first thing in the morning. Oh ya bought a some new protein (Vega one) in Vanilla Chai, cant wait to try it out tomorrow. :) Well Good Night.
