Alright. Time to hop back on the wagon. This past week has been hard with mothers day and birthday parties. I haven't been a total pig but I wasn't counting every calorie either. I've managed to lose 1 pound even with all the eating. We had pizza yesterday for my sons birthday. I only ate 2 slices. Trying the wings was my biggest mistake. I tried 4 wings. I went over the calories I set for myself but I didn't go over the calories my rdi should be set at so I'm good. I plan to start exercising today after having medical issues that put my exercise on hold. No more junk, lots of exercise. I want to get to below 215 pounds by my birthday in August. To be even lower than that will be totally awesome but I won't beat myself up if I'm not. That means I have 25 pounds to lose between now and August. I think I can do it if I really work hard and exercise a lot. Time to get rolling....
