Well today I have another challenge.. I am meeting some friends for dinner at outback.. and I have no idea what I should order.. if anyone has any good ideas of healthy options for that place please let me know. thanks

I was just looking at the website. I don't know if they'll let you order off the kids menu but anything off that looks pretty good. Also, most of the time if you ask for something without any kind of sauces they will usually cook it that way. I see that they give you an option of no butter on the veggies.
