Today will make 14 Days since I started this military 3-day diet. I am starting the military 3-day diet again and will continue doing a back to back 3-day and taking every Sunday off to explore a compatible restaurants meals that I can fit into this program. The best thing I like about this diet is you don't you can substitute meals on the military diet as long as you stay within the basic calorie and carb. intake. I do love alcohol and miss it dearly and can't wait to reach my personal goal and be able to say cheers to all.
