ended a 3rd consecutive 3-day military diet plan and weight has maintained at 235 since last weigh in. I have been ocean swimming for an hour each day and walking a few times during the week for 45 minutes. I have researched this online to see if there is a problem and I have found that it is not a problem as long as the weight does not stay the same after 1-2 weeks, due to muscle mass will building from exercising and will start to burn more fat with a continued well-followed diet. As another helping indication to this, it was suggested that I measure my waistline and use this as a guide also, I have decided to take the day off from this diet today and will continue the 3-day diet plan on the next day. I will be doing a 3-day back to back starting on this Monday and ending on Sunday.
