Not really sure what happened this weigh in... disappointing, but I defintely have room for improvement. I tend to splurge on the weekend after my weigh-in, and then try to make up for it until the next one! Probably not the best plan. :)
182.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
