OK. Today is the day. Finally restarting after a couple of weeks of feeling like I didn't have enough time to exercise. Have stayed committed to getting the food part right and feel good about that. Went to a dance lesson tonight but it was low key activity-wise and only half an hour in length. Have promised myself to exercise more tonight. Hoping that will show better results on the scale for tomorrow. Would like to change up, down, up, down, to a pattern of down, down, down even if it is just small losses.
