Same weight. I started doing intermittent fasting this week- curious to see if it works. I did a short workout during my 16 hour fast. Feel good, eating healthy, not tracking food as close- might be my downfall. 🤷‍♀️
145.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
