Cut down on soda and salt and lost all that fluid retention.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1256 kcal Fat: 36.46g | Prot: 66.69g | Carb: 159.37g.   Breakfast: egg white, Oranges, strawberries, Pam Cooking Spray, ICBINB Soft Spread, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffin, great value turkey bacon. Lunch: Mom's Garden Salad (1 cup servings), Butt Portion Ham, Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Cracker, kraft fat free thousand island, boiled egg. Dinner: Libby's Peas & Carrots, ICBINB Light, Birds Eye Roggatini in Light Sauce, Lean Cuisine Steak Portabello Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Pudding (Sugar Free), Reddi Wip Fat Free, Strawberries, Honey Maid Graham Crackers. more...
