Cut down on soda and salt and lost all that fluid retention.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1256 kcal Fat: 36.46g | Prot: 66.69g | Carb: 159.37g.   Breakfast: egg white, Oranges, strawberries, Pam Cooking Spray, ICBINB Soft Spread, great value turkey bacon, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain English Muffin. Lunch: Butt Portion Ham, Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Cracker, boiled egg, Mom's Garden Salad (1 cup servings), kraft fat free thousand island. Dinner: Lean Cuisine Steak Portabello Broccoli, ICBINB Light, Birds Eye Roggatini in Light Sauce, Libby's Peas & Carrots. Snacks/Other: Honey Maid Graham Crackers, Chocolate Pudding (Sugar Free), Reddi Wip Fat Free, Strawberries. more...
