I don't know why I am gaining. Will cut out the diet cola and cut down on the salt. I think I've really been retaining fluid. Will try to be more active this week and see what happens.

Your diet calendar looks really good EXCEPT for the sodium - it should stay no higher than 2600, and they say to drink enough water in ounces to equal half your body weight so that is over a gallon each day for us! Even diet soda has a fair of amount of sodium that will sabotage your weight loss. Good Luck! HCB

How much exercise are you doing? I noticed your calories are low. Maybe you're eating too few calories or not exercising enough? I'm worried about not eating enough calories based on the exercise I want to do(run). Not eating enough could make you gain weight.

Even though what you are eating seems fine. It looks like there are too many carbs in your diet. Try increasing your protein and decreasing your carb intake and see if that doesnt help jump start you. The protein will help you feel fuller longer but dont cut out your snacks. You have to continually fuel your body to keep it burning. Good Luck!!!
