2.5 pounds this week. I'm not going to be disappointed though. I lost so much weight in the first 2 weeks that my body is probably trying to adjust and 2.5 pounds is still good. That means only 2.5 more pounds and I will be under the 250 mark which I haven't been in a long time. :)
252.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 97.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
