Thankful for my sons beautiful girlfriend who has the PATIENCE drag my fat outta shape butt to the gym to motivate and train me bc I do NO exercise and hate my body now! Wouldn't do it without her, love her, thanks for helping me Tiff!!! Yest was day one, sore, but in good way.
