47 yrs old, feeling most out of shape in my life as I'm nearing my pregnancy weights from 20 yrs ago! lucky to have motivation from my sons fit 23 yr old beautiful and patient girl friend who is helping me, teach me how to workout at the gym.

I want to be around and have a healthy future with hopefully future grandkids... Main concern is overall health, secondly, fitting into all those damn pants in the closet I've been holding onto! (goal - lose 15 to 20 lbs)

I've never followed a diet, counted calories - hoping this makes me mindful to eat the right way, exercise without becoming a prisoner to yoyo diets .
