thankyou all for the motivating comments :) im not on any specific diet i eat normal meals just small portions i do however stay away from junk like sweet things and takeout oh and bread as much as possible i do treat myself seldomly to some dark chocolate :) also each meal i eat is the size of my fist as that is all our bodies really need at one sitting. It is very hard but eventually your stomach shrinks to the required size and you no longer feel the need to eat large portions. Everything in moderation. "We eat to live not live to eat" :). 2 glasses of warm water as soon as you wake before ingesting anything else and lots of water through out the day and i avoid eating anything after 6pm.

Well done! Do you east fist size 3x per day - for breakfast lunch and dinner? Do you also manage to exercise? Please share some meal ideas.
