I am so proud! I started walking (counting steps) and I will continue that work-related challenge. Finally getting back into the 150s and leaving the 170s is a major deal for me. My goal of 150 is doable! Next mini goal is 155
158.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try adding an activity while walking, like bouncing a basketball. Great drop!
