Haven’t been tracking but just watching what I do and eat. Kept below or around 169 for a month or two so all in all I’m feeling good.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
