It's been a year since I last logged in for my weight loss. My weight increased and I gained 30 pounds since Feb 2017 after my dad died. But, it's been a year and that weight is gone and I am ready to focus and take better care of myself.

We all grieve differently. I lose a ton of weigh. I am glad we are both back and taking care of ourselves.
