I am stalled again but not panicking. This close to goal I expect it. I've lost ten stones now so the largest proportion of my fat has already been dealt with.
I am revamping my daily food in order to make it more interesting and to include more salad and veg. I bought different types of cheese for variety - and will weigh them out instead of guesstimating. I will limit Atkins bars and sugar free treats even more than before.
Also need to buy more berries and melon etc, and step up my exercise quite literally - I was given a nearly-new stepper so there is no excuse!
Being on Veggie Atkins means more security in maintenance because I know it works, I am learning all the time what I can and can't eat and just enjoying the rest of the journey.
