Lost 3 pounds since May 14th, 2012. My doctor would like for me to eventually be able to exercise on the elliptical for an hour. so far I can work out for 30 minutes. An hour is coming soon. I burned 250 calories in 30 minutes! AMAZING! It's been along time since I have seen 246 lbs. When I first started this journey, I did not feel I would last past a week. I started April 12th, 2012, I have not fallen off the wagon one time. I pray to God every day for strength. I thank you God for giving me the strength and being on this journey with me. This is the vessel that you have blessed me with. Once I am healthy again, give me the wisdom to maintain, and protect this vessel. Amen!
