Trying to get back in the habit of keeping track of my food intake again. I am however getting back into my pattern of lower calories fairly easily though.

I just started on this group, with all the different types of diets it's really hard. When I seen that you are lowering your calories it peeked my interest. I find it's seems like the easiest way for me, if you can count right of the package but sometimes it's hard to count them when it's a whole meal?
how many calories do you try to eat a day to lose weight, I was doing 1500 then someone told me 1200?
