What a crazy hectic week. So much to get done and not enough time, I seriously feel like I am in 10 place at one time. I really need to catch up on some sleep, but in one week I'll be sitting on a plane :-) My food and exercise is still in check that is still #1 priority when I am swamped, so feeling great that I have not been stress eating.

Trainer moved out workout to Friday....so get to kick my own butt in the gym today, wouldn't it be awesome to have a trainer every day.
