So for dinner I felt like I was starving & my quick options were mcDsn Arbys, BK, taco bell. I chose Arbys. on my calories, I got what a smokehouse brisket sandwich has without a bun. I'm to lazy to break out down so my carbs, protein & fat aren't right today.
