Cross fit class today:

Warm up sesh of 20 minutes

Some double unders, followed by banded complex & burpees. (Yeah, we do burpees for warm up!)

Workout:

NOT FOR TIME:

5 Rounds:

- 10/10 KB arm rows (12 kg KB)

- 8 DB floor press (3 sec tempo downwards) (7.5 kg DB on each arm)

- 30 m Sled push (Sled plus 10 kg on top)

- 25 Slam balls (5 kg - I cheated here a bit, I could've gone heavier!)

Went a little overboard the weekend, but it's all good. I'm sure I'll see a loss again this week!
