Interesting....Doing good but really sore right now...Haven't felt this for a few months, I forgot how uncomfortable it is. But I do remember that all this pain paid off so I'm heading back in the right direction. Gonna do the 12 week program again, exactly as before and I should lose another 30 lbs.
