i've been eating a lot of veggies and stuff.. it's been good. but for lunch, i had some rice. :)

If you are following phase 1, rice is not such a good choice. That being said, I know it is part of "life" there. So... I guess have extra veggies, instead?? Good luck, oh and tons of WATER!!! =D

Yes bib, try to substitute the rice; especially if it's white rice, those "whites" are what effects our blood sugar and keeps us hungry; also eat lots of protein; fish, chicken.....Good luck. If you must have rice, make it brown!!!
