This has been a VERY bad month or so of travel, holidays, work and my birthday. I MUST lose this weight gain again.
Did not stick to any diets and did not do much exercise, a deadly combination. Will be sticking to my Calorie counts and restated Insanity work out today! All of my health numbers (sugar and cholesterol) are high again... I MUST STAY MOTIVATED.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
